One Greater Power:

On command word, for every spell level stored within the staff, the possesor
is able to gain 1d3 hps, excess hps may be transfered to one other being
or added to the possesor's total temporarily for 1 rd/level of the possesor.
When this power is used the staff becomes dormant for 1d4 x 5 days.
Seven Lesser Powers:

In melee combat, on command word, the user can choose to inflict 1d12 points
of electrical damage, or 1d4 rds. of paralysis on successful hit in addition
to normal damage done by the staff, once per power per day.

On command word, staff can contract to a length of 1' 6" for storage. The
Staff's powers cannot be used in this form.

On command word, will assume the illusion of a plain oak walking stick
until dispelled or the possesor wills it, three times a day.

On command word, will give the possesor the ability to polymorph self as
the 4th level spell as a 12th level caster, once per day.

On command word, will teleport the possesor and one other being, as the
fifth level wizard spell, once per day.

On command word, the staff may be summoned once a day to the owner's hand;
owner may also send the staff to a preappointed place he has visited befor.
Only one may be used per day.

The caster may transfer up to thirty spell levels of spells within his
mind into the staff. Process takes 1 turn + 1 rd. per level of spells being
transfered. These spells may be cast from the staff at casting time 5,
once per round. If more spell levels than what is alloted are transfered
into the staff, then the wielder recieves 1d 6 points of damage per excess
spell level, and is stunned for 1 d 4 rds.

wielder):

In Addition to the Crafted Powers above, the intelligence of the weapon
also gives it the following abilities:
